_*- Sections.302, 201 IPC Double murder - Circumstantial evide Deceased and her daughter found dead in their room with burn injuries- Medical evidence shows that death occurred due to strangulation-Room where incident seurd were oecupied by deceased, her daughterand her husband/accused-However, theere is ao evidence on record that accused was at or around his residence at relevant time None of PWs supported demand of dowry and harassment -No evidence on record prwing guit of accused-Accused acquitted.
